Important Note: Please be aware that we do turn the lights out at night to facilitate restful sleep. During these times, you may not be able to view your pet if they are staying in a Suite. Please be aware that we cannot guarantee that our web cams will be up and running 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The web cams do malfunction from time to time for various reasons. When problems occur, we do our best to fix them as soon as possible. Please notify us of any problems by contacting us.
